Quick Impression

I was blown away by the vast green landscape and the sheer scale of Aso’s natural beauty. Although there were no grazing horses that day, horseback riding was available, and I was able to see horses up close. The ride toward the crater was just as enjoyable—an exhilarating route I’d love to ride again and again, soaking in the magnificent scenery of Aso.

When I visited again later, I was lucky to catch a rare moment — horseback riding was closed for the day, and the horses were peacefully grazing in the pasture. They were all calm and gentle, making it a truly soothing and memorable experience just watching them.
